Michelle Hayden

Michelle has served as Director of Operations and Client Service at DF Consultants since 2021, and brought years of operational management and client service experience with her.

She runs the day to day, holds the standard for client service, and supports the work that makes both the client experience and the office itself run better. She is meticulous, and she plays a central part in holding the firm to its own standards on integrity and responsiveness. The client conversations are the part she finds most fulfilling, and she tries to serve in a way that reflects her values and her faith.

Michelle has been instrumental in building the team's community service work, and in helping clients through the emotional transition from a work identity to a retirement identity.

Outside of work she spends her time with her family, including her three children, volunteers in her church's youth program, serves as President of the Board for the Keystone Community Center, and looks for any excuse to be near the water.
