Jason Fletcher began his financial services career in 1999, which is long enough to have worked through some significant market highs and some significant lows. He is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, where he earned a combined business and economics degree with honors.

Bank of America recruited him in 2003 and put him through an intensive banking education. He learns quickly and works hard, and the two together moved him into management: he was promoted to Banking Center Manager and Assistant Vice President in 2010, responsible for training and coaching more than 300 staff members in advanced customer service. In 2013 his branch ranked first in Bank of America's Mid-Atlantic region.

Jason joined DF Consultants in 2015 as an advisor and wealth manager, and earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) professional designation in 2021. Earning it takes years of experience and a long stretch of hard study. The material behind it covers investments, income and estate taxes, charitable giving, life and health insurance benefits, retirement planning, Social Security, and qualified retirement plans.

He and his wife Margarita have been married since 2016. Jason gives back to the community as a volunteer instructor at his church, tutoring underprivileged children in math. The goal is to make math fun, and the reward is watching a child's eyes light up as their confidence builds.
